Stuck with one of our plugins? Here is the fastest route to an answer.

1. Ask AI first

Use the Ask AI button on this help center. It knows every article here and gives you an answer in seconds - for most setup and usage questions it is faster than waiting for a human.

2. Still stuck? Contact us

If Ask AI does not solve it, use Contact us to reach the team. To help us help you quickly, include as much of this as you can:

  • Plugin name and, if you know it, the version you have installed.

  • What you are trying to do - the outcome you want in your app.

  • Expected vs actual behavior - what you thought would happen, and what happens instead.

  • Steps to reproduce - the shortest path that makes the problem appear.

  • Screenshots or a screen recording of the behavior, if relevant.

  • Bubble editor or run-mode links, if they are safe for you to share.

  • Any error text - from the browser console, the Bubble debugger, or workflow error popups, copied as text if possible.

A report we can reproduce is a report we can fix. The more of the list above you include, the faster the round trip.

What we prioritize

Bug reports and reproducible plugin issues come first. If a plugin misbehaves and you can show us how, we will investigate and deal with it.

General Bubble implementation help - workflow design, app debugging, custom build guidance - is best effort. These plugins are free, so we cannot promise hands-on support for questions that are really about building your app rather than about the plugin itself.
